What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you include in your message. The note tool on our contact page runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard server information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
- Preferences. Small settings, such as your cookie choice, may be stored in your browser. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
We use your data to reply to messages (legitimate interests or your consent), to keep the site secure (legitimate interests) and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted unless an ongoing conversation requires it. Server logs are typically retained for no more than 30 days.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting and email), under contracts that require them to protect it, or where the law requires.
Your rights
